<p>Çizimimize ön düzlemde yeni bir çizim açarak başlıyoruz. Bu iş için sol tarafta görülen unsur ağacından ön düzlemi buluyoruz ve üzerine tıklıyoruz. Ardından çizim komutlarıyla yukarıdaki gibi iki daire çizip ölçülendiriyoruz. </p>

<p>Ardından ekstrüzyon ile katı oluşturma komutunu çalıştırıyoruz. Solda açılan dinamik menüde katılama mesafesini giriyoruz ya da yukarıdaki resimde görülen siyah oku tutup sürüklüyoruz. </p>

<p>Daha sonra Unsur ağacından sağ düzlemi buluyoruz . Bu düzleme tıkladığımızda açılan seçeneklerden YENİ ÇİZİM simgesine tıklıyoruz ve yukarıdaki çizimi oluşturuyoruz. </p>

<p>Solidworks programında katı modelleme yaparken çizime nereden ve nasıl başlanacağına doğru karar vermek işleri kolaylaştırır. Önce, hangi yüzeylere, hangi 2D çizimleri yaparak, hangi katı modelleme komutlarını kullanıp en kolay yoldan çizebileceğimizi tasarlamamız gerekir.  </p>

<p>Bu konuda doğru ve pratik karar verebilmek, uygun düşünce tarzını oluşturabilmek için, komutlara hakim olmalı ve bunlarla örnek çalışmalar yapmalısınız. Örnek çizimde karşılaştığımız problemlere çözüm aramak, yanlış yoldan çizim yaptığını fark edip &#8221;tüh aslında şu yüzeyden başlasaymışım daha iyi olacakmış&#8221; diye düşündüğümüz dakikalar, aslında bize bu yeteneği kazandırır. Komutu öğrendim tamam kullanırım deyip örnek çizimle çalışmamak hatadır.</p>

<p>Tekrar AYNALAMA komutunu kullanarak çizimin yansıma bir kopyasını oluşturalım.  Böylece katı model oluşturabileceğimiz kapalı bir şekil ortaya çıkacak.</p>

<p>Açılan menüde ışığın rengini seçebileceğimiz bir buton göreceğiz. Buradan kırmızı renk seçelim. Ayrıca parça yüzeyine tutunan bir araç göreceğiz. Bu aracı sağa sola öne çekerek ışığın doğrultusunu ayarlarız. </p>

<p>Çizimimize üst düzlemde çizim açarak başlıyoruz ve yukarıdaki şekli çiziyoruz. Soldaki eliptik şekli, 2D çizim komutlarından YUVA ve ÖTELEME ile oluşturabiliriz. yuvalardan birini çizip 15 mm öteleyerek.</p>

<p>Ardından Ekstrüzyon ile katı oluşturma komutu ile eliptik yuvaya 35 mm yükseklik veriyoruz. Bunu yaparken, sol tarafta açılan menüde, YÖN 1 yazan kısımda ORTA DÜZLEM seçiyoruz. </p>

<p>Ardından süpürerek katı oluşturma komutunu alalım ve ilk olarak (sol menüde mavi kısım aktifken) bu çizdiğimiz daireyi, sonra (sol menüde pembe kısım aktifken) 122 mm yarıçaplı yayı seçelim. Seçeneklerde İNCE UNSUR kısmını işaretlemeyi unutmayalım.</p>

<p>Ön düzlemde sketch açarak başlıyoruz. Yukarıdaki çizimi oluşturuyoruz. Ölçüler farklı olabilir ancak şeklin düzgün görünmesi açısından ölçüler arası oran bu şekilde olmalı.</p>

<p>Ardından katı modelimize alttan bakıp alt yüzeyi seçerek Unsurlar menüsünden <strong>KABUK</strong> komutunu seçiyoruz. Soldaki dinamik menüde et kalınlığını 2 mm veriyoruz. </p>

<p>Ardından unsurlar menüsünden EKSTRÜZYONLA KES komutunu çalıştırıyoruz. Çizdiğimiz daire katı modelin ortasında oluştuğu için, komutu her iki yöne de uygulayacağız. Yukarıdaki resimde kırmızı dikdörtgenle gösterilmiş kısımlar.</p>
